When you enrolled with Pima Health System (PHS), a Primary Care Provider (PCP) was assigned to you. Your PCP is your primary healthcare provider and will provide or arrange the covered services you need. Make sure you contact your PCP and setup an appointment for a check-up. 

If you want to change your PCP, call Member Services Department in Tucson and they will help you choose the right doctor for you. Remember, Member Services can be reached 7:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M., Monday through Friday, and Saturdays from 8:00 to 2:30.
