If you already check claim status on line you can use the same password. If you want to sign up for a password go to Provider Assistance, click on either On-Line Claims or On-Line PCP Panel and request a password or click on the link above.

The panel information available to PCP's will be for the date of inquiry. If the query indicates a member is paneled to the PHS PCP, no additional verification with AHCCCS is necessary.
