(AHCCCS) Regulations.
Arizona 2-1-1 Online was created to help you easily find resources from child care, jobs, health care, and insurance - to State and local emergency bulletins and alerts that are vital in times of disaster or emergency. Arizona 2-1-1 Online was developed in partnership with government, tribal, non-profit and community groups to help you find the resources and information you need.

Arizona Program - Physicians and clinics throughout Arizona are part of the Baby Arizona
program. You can locate a Baby Arizona provider by downloading a list for your county.
Tobacco Education and Prevention
- If you are thinking about quitting tobacco, there is free help available. The Arizona Department of Health Services' Tobacco Education and Prevention Program offers face-to-face classes and over-the-phone counseling to help you quit smoking or chewing tobacco. If you participate in one these programs, you may also be able to receive medical help called Nicotine Replacement Therapy (NRT). NRT includes the patch, gum, lozenge, and some products that require a prescription from your doctor. If you are interested in more information or are ready to take the first step toward quitting, please call the Arizona Smokers' Helpline at 1-800-55-66-222, visit their website at

(FFS) RATES
AHCCCS is making public, at least annually beginning on August 15, 2005, information considered in the development of the Home and Community Based Services
(HCBS) rate setting (rebasing). Factors in the rebasing included Medicare rates, private sector rates, costs for delivery services, any economic factors unique to Arizona and current level of supply and demand. The rebasing effort also included information about home care workers' current wage levels and benefits.
